At Saharé, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every product. Due to the nature of fragrances, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.


No Returns on Opened Products



For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear video recorded at the time of unboxing/unpacking

Order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only applicable if:

The product is unused and unopened

Original packaging is intact

The request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfumes

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Refunds are not offered on perfume purchases. Approved cases will be handled through replacement or exchange only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error from Saharé.
